Diana moved to Cabo San Lucas in 1999 from Mazatlan. She is a Career Woman who has been managing business in Los Cabos since her arrival. Carlos A. Rodriguez, Sales Agent Carlos was born in Mexico City and has lived in Los Cabos for seven years now. In 1995 he made Los Cabos a more frequent destination, and in 2004 he decided to make San Jose del Cabo his permanent home. Born and raised in the state of Michigan, as well as attending university in Michigan, Mike understands cold, but definitely prefers warmer weather. After nearly 15 years in the apparel manufacturing industry, he decided to try his hand in real estate in California; not as a sales agent, but rather by purchasing and reselling homes. Jim Kelly, Sales Agent Jim is a full-time resident of San Jose del Cabo and has owned property in Baja since 1994.  A self-made man, Jim retired at the age of 43, after 20 years in the Petroleum equipment industry in the U.S. Thereafter, Jim pursued many different real estate investments throughout Mexico, San Diego, CA, and Phoenix, AZ, including the development and sale of two housing tracts in the San Diego area. Jim has been very blessed with the knowledge he has gained through years of property acquisition. He is intimately familiar with the real estate process in Mexico, and can arm any potential property owner with the wealth of knowledge he has to offer on the subject.   Jim is also a licensed contractor in the state of California, a hazardous materials specialist, and has an extensive background in construction management.
